Crack by Crack

Here's a little present for the awesome

pali167, whom I'm having so much fun writing crack with and trying to get to 1000 comments on Tara's post.

Hope you like this pictorial representation of your cracky story! :D

"What Really Happened in the Finale"

"Once upon a time (150,000 years ago to be specific)..."

"...there were these two Viper pilots named Lee and Kara. And they were totally in love with each other and soulmates no matter what all those ~~blind fools~~ people kept saying about them just being buddies."

"But anyway, eventually the time came when Lee's dad, Papadama, decided to ~~take everyone on a suicide run~~ try to defeat the evil!Cylons. An important distinction since obviously there were a ton of Cylons who were awesome. (And no, of course they didn't apologize for the nuking of the Colonies, it's unnecessary.) So the Fleet prepared to ~~die~~ attack the Cylon colony."

"Alas, just before they jumped to the colony, our precious Lee was jumped and spirited off to Kobol."

"In his place was Ron!Lee, who was a foolish, idiotic person hellbent on destroying technology."

"Now, most people didn't realize Lee had been replaced by Ron!Lee and listened to him when he said they must send all their tech into the sun and live as subsistence farmers the rest of their soon-to-be-pitiful lives."

"Most, but not all. Because Kara recognized the difference right away. Soulmates, duh.
So when Ron!Lee tried to trick her with his "I want to explore ~~come with me~~" crap, Kara ditched him like a diet at Thanksgiving and ~~flew like a pigeon~~ got TPTB to transport her to Kobol."

"She found Lee (not that hard; they've got the "where is my soulmate?" dradis after all)..."

"...and they lived Happily Ever After in their cabin near the forest. There were lots of pilotbabies, too."

Yes they are. It really is clear once you look at how... un-Lee "Lee" seemed in those final scenes. I soon realized what had happened and I knew I had to let Shipper Nation know.

Awesome! I got into BSG late and haven't fully caught up yet (shameful, I know), so while I have a fair idea of what happens in the finale, I haven't seen it yet.

So when I do watch the finale THIS WILL BE MY CANON.

Not so shameful considering the stupidity of many of the later season storylines.

Can I let you in on a secret? I never saw the finale either. I read everyone's reactions and from that I realized that Ron!Lee had hijacked Lee's life.
